Note: Please do not use these probes with thermometers other than IBT-4XS and IBT-6XS, as it will result in inaccurate measurements.

The Meat Probes and Oven Probe for BBQ Thermometer IBT-4XS and IBT-6XS are designed with the following considerations in mind:

1. The stainless steel cable (silver wire) of the probe is not waterproof, so please do not wash it directly with water or immerse it in water, as it will affect the probe reading.

2. If the temperature reading is not correct, please try drying it with a blow dryer and taking the measurement again.

3. Do not place the probe and cable too close to the fire source or where the temperature exceeds 572°F/300°C, as this may damage the probe wire.

Note: These probes are only suitable for use with IBT-4XS and IBT-6XS thermometers, and are not compatible with other thermometers, as it will result in inaccurate measurements.
